Quinta São Gião Alvarinho is a wine with a distinctive character, resulting from a vinification process with pre-fermentative pelicular maceration and ageing for 6 months on fine lees. A small part was aged in French oak barrels. Structured and complex, with subtle notes of minerals and spices that complement the traditional essence of the grape variety Alvarinho.
